Nimalung & Kurjey Tshechu festivals 2025 will be held at the Nimalung and Kurjey monasteries in Bumthang. This 3 day festival is an annual event and starts with the mask and folk dances. The main event is on the last day where they display of Guru Tshengye Thongdrol (Huge tapestry / Thanka) in the morning and people get blessed. On final day of the festival, people also get the opportunity to witness Guru Tshengye cham. The Drametse Nga Cham performed by the monks of Nimalung monastery.
